The 4th Annual Walk for Courage has expanded to include Hanover which is taking place next month.
The walk hosted by the Canadian Mental Health Association of Grey Bruce is taking place July 19th at Owen Sound Fitness & Training and now in Hanover at the Sulphur Spring Conservation Area as well as a virtual option.
The 5km walk supports mental health and suicide prevention through CMHA Grey Bruce.
The walk was started by the family of Jeff Courage who died in 2019 to suicide with the event now growing into a powerful annual event which brings people together and helps fund vital local mental health services.
