The Walkerton Green Bin program has begun with this being the first week of collection.
Council first approved the program last year with the bins delivered last week to those who participated in the initial registration.
The first collection starts tomorrow west of Yonge Street and Valleyside Drive with the Walkerton East collection on Wednesday being east of Yonge Street.
Collected waste from green bins are being taken to the All Treat Plant in Arthur for processing.
