The Municipality of Kincardine notified residents this afternoon that with the Drinking Water System’s reservoir back online they are lifting the water use restrictions for residents.
Full reservoir repairs have been delayed until this fall so users can anticipate another water conservation period this October.
The conservation order had been in place since April 27th and then upgraded to a stage 3 restriction on May 2nd.
Municipal hydrant flushing will now commence starting in July between 8 am and 4:30pm.
