A 56 year old has had his weapons taken after a crash in Huron-Kinloss.
On September 25th at around 5:41pm, South Bruce OPP responded to the crash on Highway 21 and Concession 10.
Police arrived the discovered a single vehicle involved with the lone occupant taken in for minor injuries.
While officers were assessing the vehicle for damages they found a variety of weapons in plain view with a search later finding batons, brass knuckles, pepper spray, handcuffs and ammunition.
As a result a 56 year old man of Huron Kinloss has been charged with 7 counts of Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon and Failure to Comply with an Undertaking.
The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
