The West Grey Police shared mental health support information as part of #BellLetsTalkDay today.
The force say its time to end the stigma around mental health.
They also shared a link to the Grey Bruce Chapter of the Canadian Mental Health Association and the local crisis number to call of (519) 371-3642 .
The West Grey Police say to reach out, talk to somebody, anybody, and just talk.
