All eyes will be on Wiarton Willie on Friday for the 2024 festival and prediction for an early spring or six more weeks of winter.
February 2nd marks Groundhog Day with Wiarton once again hosting an entire day of activities from the morning into the afternoon to celebrate the age old tradition.
Prediction morning on Friday kicks off with free breakfast sandwiches and hot drinks with donations being accepted for the PSDS playground fundraiser, fireworks at 7am with Wiarton Willie making an official prediction at 8:07am.
A free public skate will follow at the Wiarton Arena from 9:30am-12pm.
