The Wingham & District Hospital Foundation announced recently that it has been awarded a grant from the Leland & Thora Vance Found of the Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation.
The $63,720 received will be used towards upgrading 11 IV pumps at the Wingham & District Hospital site.
Leland & Thora Vance were long-time residents and business owners in Wingham.
They both shared a deep passion about the communty and wanted to ensure continued support beyond their lifetimes.
