Huron County OPP have charged 16 year old driver after a rollover crash into a hydro pole.
On December 15th at around 4:40am, Huron County OPP received the rollover report on Lansville Line in Ashfield-Colborne-Wawanosh.
Officers arrived at the scene and found the young driver was impaired who after breath samples was found to be over the legal limit.
As a result the 16 year old was charged with Operation While Impaired and given two offences under the Highway Traffic Act in relation to graduated licensing violations.
The accused will appear in Goderich court in February.
