Nearly 300 charges were laid across West Region OPP over the course of the Festive Ride campaign.
The campaign which kicked off November 20th closed out on January 1st with West Region officers conducting a total of 3095 ride spot checks.
This marked the highest number of Festive Ride events conducted across the region in the last five years.
A total of 269 impaired charges were laid while 40 warn range suspensions were given.
Across the province 1268 impaired driving charges and 150 warn range suspensions were laid.
