Saugeen Shores Police have charged a 27 year old man who preformed an indecent act at a school.
On April 25th, police responded to the report which says during the incident a man had approached a fenced in area of a school yard and started conversation with students on school property.
During this incident the man had exposed himself and then fled the area.
Police eventually arrested the 27 year old man of Saugeen Shores and charged with 3 counts of Indecent Exposure to a Person Under 16, 3 counts of Sexual Assault on a Person Under 16 and Failure to Comply with a Probation Order.
The man was held in custody for a bail hearing and then released with conditions and a future court date.
