3 Arrested After Bringing Firearm Into Wiarton Business

Grey Bruce OPP have arrested three men who allegedly brought a rifle into a business in Wiarton.

Police responded to the scene on November 18th on Berford Street at around 11:30am.

It was reported three intoxicated men entered the business where it was seen one man might have had a rifle sticking out of their bag.

Officers responded arrested the three men with a 39 year old of South Bruce Peninsula, a 34 year old of Haldimand County and 54 year old of Meaford all charged with Careless Use of a Firearm, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possession of Counterfeit Money.

All were held pending a bail hearing.
