A victim who had their pay-loader stolen was able to locate it which eventually led to charges against 3 suspects.
Grey Bruce OPP were contacted on December 27th of the location of where the pay-loader was.
A search warrant was later executed at the Southgate property where the pay-loader, a Kubota riding lawn mower and deck were seized with a value estimated around $40,000.
Two 59 year olds and a 42 year old all from Southgate Township have been charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5000.
