Three Huron County beaches remain unsafe for swimming heading into the long weekend, after Huron Perth Public Health’s inspection team finished resampling water yesterday.
Ashfield Township Park, and Goderich’s Main Beach and Rotary Cove remain under no-swim advisories.
Five other beaches that had high levels of E.coli earlier in the week passed retesting. Those include Amberly, Port Albert, Howard Street, St Josephs and Port Blake beaches.
This is the final sampling of the season being done by the health inspection team.
