The Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 35-year-old of Elmira after police were called to Dyers Bay in North Bruce Peninsula Saturday morning.
Officers received reports of an impaired operator just after 9am.
Police located the vessel and they face charges of operation while impaired and blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus.
The accused has been released and faces a September 7th court date in Owen Sound to answer to the charges.
Police remind the public if they see anything suspicious or suspect an impaired driver on roadways or waterways to contact Police immediately.
