A 36 year old woman is facing charges after stealing from a vehicle in Saugeen First Nation.
On December 19th Grey Bruce OPP responded to the vehicle theft on Scotch Settlement Road.
The victim had parked their vehicle to drop off an item at a home and while the victim was away the suspect entered the vehicle, stole the victims wallet and fled on foot but was found quickly.
The 36 year old from Saugeen First Nation was charged with Theft Under $5000 and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5000.
The accused will appear in Walkerton court at a later date.
