A 59 year old is facing a list of charges who was arrested twice in just a 24 hour span.
On May 10th, South Bruce OPP received a report of a disturbance on Havelock Street in Huron-Kinloss.
Investigation found the suspect had pulled a weapon after a dispute over property who was arrested and then released.
The next day, at 3:30pm, police got a report of an assault at a home on Havelock Street. Investigation found the same individual assaulted another person.
As a result a 59 year old of Huron-Kinloss has been charged with Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose.
