Grey Bruce Public Health is urging caution after 3 suspect drug poisonings took place on Monday.
The substance in one of the overdoses was fentanyl with the other 2 not known yet.
This now brings the total of opioid related overdoses across Grey Bruce in just 4 days.
Every overdose was responsive to naloxone. Public health says those who are using drugs to have naloxone on hand and have a sober friend with them who can administer it and to call 911 in the event of an overdose.
Public health is also reminding those of the Good Samaritan Act which provides legal protection for people seeking emergency help during an overdose.
