The Saugeen Shores aquatic and wellness centre has a name thanks to the effort of a $1 million donation.
The now named Pryde Aquatic and Wellness Centre honours long time community partners Brad and Kathy Pryde who began the fundraising efforts for the facility with a $1 million donation in October 2023.
Since their initial donation, the fundraising team has been advancing a quiet and public fundraising campaign who to date have reached $2,612,095 of the $3 million goal.
Brad and Kathy say Saugeen Shores has always been a place where active lifestyles and quality of life are valued and they are proud to help bring this vision to life.
