A big start to the racing season in Clinton, providing a memorable Opening Day celebration at the Clinton Raceway.
Fans packed up the area with more than $80,000 wagered for the day while also being a successful fundraiser for students and volunteers for Central Huron Secondary, raising more than $5000 through their track side efforts.
Marketing Manager, Jessica Carnochan says the combination of beautiful weather, tremendous community support, strong wagering and exciting racing created an atmosphere which showcased everything that makes the Clinton Raceway special.
