A Kincardine man is facing charges in connection to last month’s fatal crash near Durham.
West Grey Police spotted a vehicle near Priceville on November 7th.
The suspect vehicle sped away as police were attempting to stop it.
They later discovered the vehicle crashed into another vehicle on Grey Road 4 at Concession 2.
One person died at the scene, two others in the vehicle as well as the driver of the suspect vehicle suffered serious injuries.
The 26-year-old was arrested on charges that include robbery, possession of stolen property, and criminal negligence causing death.
The matter remains under investigation by the Province’s Special Investigations Unit.
