Nearing their goal for an accessible playground in Belgrave, the committee responsible has partnered with the Belgrave Kinsmen bringing breakfast and a full day of Christmas activities for the family.
Breakfast with Santa is set November 22nd going from 8am-2pm with a full breakfast prepared by the Kinsmen with different events taking place on the day including pictures with Santa, story time with Mrs. Claus, letter writing, crafts and different games for the kids.
About ¾ of their $400,000 goal, Lindsay Marks, a Playground Committee Member says the playground will be fully equipped for all to enjoy.
“We have a couple different swings going in, one of them is a buddy swing which allows two people to swing for coregulation. We have a smaller structure and an omni spinner which has high back support for anyone that needs to be seated with a little bit of extra support in the back to enjoy that as well.” said Marks.
Tickets for Breakfast with Santa are $25 each. Kids 2 and under will get in for free.
