Kincardine resident Barb Fisher got a pleasant surprise for Christmas.

She was named Bruce Power Citizen of the year for 2021 at the Kincardine and District Chamber of Commerce Community Achievement Awards last week.

Fisher tells us that she didn’t even know she was nominated.

Fisher says she has been living in Kincardine for the last 50 years and has been engaged in the community since she first arrived here.
