South Bruce OPP made quick work in a break-and-enter call in Brant Township.
Officers were called to a commercial property in the 1500 block of Bruce Road 4 Tuesday morning around 4:30.
With help from the Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit, they were able to apprehend a suspect without further incident.
A further investigation revealed that the suspect drove to the property in a black Audi S-4 which was reported stolen.
The vehicle, valued at $40,000, had no license plates but the serial number is on file.
A 45-year-old man from Wellington North Township was held for a bail hearing.
