Another donor has made a significant contribution to Phase Two of the Lamont Sports Park project.
The Illuminating Dreams Fundraising Campaign announced on Wednesday that the Society of United Professionals, Bruce Local are donating $50,000.
The union would get naming rights to one of the six ball diamonds for the next 20 years.
Campaign Co-Chair Rob Stanley says this donation puts them over $675,000 as they work towards a goal of $1.25 Million.
The Society is the fourth diamond donor, and seventh major donor in this fundraising initiative.
The public fundraising campaign will start June 4th when the public is invited to see the completed Phase One.
