The public will be able to get a glimpse of the new Lamont Sports Park in Port Elgin.
It is happening this Saturday from 12 Noon to 4.
Co-Chair of the fundraising committee Rob Stanley says visitors will be able to see the completed first phase which includes four new ball diamonds.
Stanley say the day will have youth baseball clinics, an appearance by members of the Canadian men’s and women’s fastball teams, and the Kincardine Scottish Pipe Band.
He says the public viewing on Saturday will also mark the launch of the public fundraising campaign for Phase Two of the project.
