The Municipality of Kincardine is closing the Davidson Centre Pool for almost a month starting on August 31.
The pool is having its floor repainted, and won’t be reopened until Sept. 26, at which point regular programming will resume.
If you need to get your swimming fix during that time, go jump in a lake. Huron is currently a balmy 21 C.
The municipality also reminds residents that fall swimming lessons begin the week of October 3. Registration opens on August 30. For more information, visit here.
