The combining organizations of Choices for Change Alcohol, Drug and Grambling Counselling Centre and Resilience Huron Perth Mental Health Services provided an update on their integration progress to date today.
In the release, they say that the two organizations are taking the next step by rebranding itself as a branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association.
The merger was announced back in June and the integration brings together Huron and Perth’s mental health & addiction agencies.
The benefits to clients include a centralized intake process, more programs available, and staff will gain opportunities to cross-train and gain a better understanding of all programming.
The organization will become the 26th CMHA branch in Ontario.
