An Owen Sound man is facing 65 charges after defrauding a Hanover business of over $175,000.
Hanover police say their investigation into the theft began in April after recicing a complaint from a local company. Officers determined that a 55-year-old male employee had stolen the money over several years.
The man now faces numerous charges including, 47 counts of theft under 5000, six counts of forgery and one count of criminal breach of trust.
The man appeared in Walkerton Court to answer to charges.
