Local inventions and innovations like the fanning mill, dresser drawers, and even the beloved hockey stick, will get highlighted in a new Bruce County Museum exhibit next year.

On Jan. 14, the first exhibit of 2023 will open for the local museum, Made in Bruce. The display will showcase the innovative contributions of past Bruce County residents.

Museum Director Cathy McGirr says in a release that innovation is all about making things better and often arises out of necessity.

The exhibit will run until the end of April. Members get in for free, general admission applies to all else.
