The Township of Huron-Kinloss has approved a staff report at the recent Committee of the Whole Meeting proposing a By-Law enforcement service pilot program to run over the summer.
It would see flexible by-law enforcement hours for increased visibility and public education, patrolling the lakeshore in the area on weekends at random.
The schedule of these additional dates will not be publicly provided in advance for maximum enforcement effectiveness.
A follow up-report on the pilot program will be provided to Council in the fall.
