The Town of Hanover has received a non-repayable grant of just over $11,000 from the Federal Government in support of an Outdoor Rink at the Kinsmen Ball Park.

It would be located there during the winter months to provide a fun & exciting recreation opportunity promoting physical activity, social interaction and economic growth.

Hanover Mayor Sue Paterson says they are thrilled to receive the funding and to have the support of FedDev Ontario in bringing the project to life.

Town Staff will work with local volunteers to ensure the rink is well-maintained and accessible to residents and visitors.
