Two collisions in South Huron on Friday, July 7th landed drivers with serious injuries in hospital.
Police were called to the first collision around 6pm along Dashwood Road, east of Dashwood, for a two-motorcycle collision.
Police learned the two were travelling together to Grand Bend when one braked and was contact the second.
This caused the operator of the second to lose control and impact the roadway, fracturing their leg.
The 44-year-old was taken to hospital and then to London by Air Ornge with non-life-threatening injuries.
The second incident was a single-vehicle collision on Crediton Road near Bronson Line around 10:45 pm.
The lone driver was reportedly trapped with a serious injury.
Emergency responders were able to free the driver and they were taken to hospital.
The 43-year-old from South Huron was later taken by ambulance to London for further assessment.
Both incidents remain under investigation as alcohol may have been a factor.
