The South Bruce Grey Health Centre has announced more widespread closures of Hospitals in the area due to insufficient staffing.
The Chesley Emergency Department closed last night at 5pm and won’t reopen until Thursday at 7 am.
As well, the Durham ER will close overnight between 5pm and 7am from this Wednesday until Monday, July 17th.
The Walkerton ER will also close overnight on Friday, July 14th at 5pm and reopen Saturday at 7 am.
Ambulance by-pass will be undertaken at all of the locations when they are closed to divert patients to the nearest open Emergency Department.
