There is just over a week left for students to apply for the AVM J.A. Sully & Goderich Legion Scholarship.
It is open to GDCI graduates in high standing who have at least completed one full academic year at a Canadian University in Medicine, Dentistry or Engineering or who have completed two in any honours course at a Canadian University as an undergraduate.
It provides $1,000 to assist with the cost of studies.
The application form can be obtained in person at the Goderich Legion or in the Guidance Office of GDCI.
Once completed they can be dropped by or mailed into the Goderich Legion at 56 Kingston Street.
The deadline to apply is July 31st.
