A push up challenge has helped raised more than $30,000 for the Canadian Mental Health Association of Grey-Bruce.
The event which ran throughout most of February not only helped raise some much needed funds but also increased the talk around mental health.
Everyone from around the community was challenged to jump on social media being active while also raising some money for the CMHA.
The challenge day schools, clubs, businesses and other organizations across the area take part. In total $33,147 was raised over the course of the push up challenge.
