The price of a home saw a drop over the last month according to numbers from the Huron-Perth Association of Realtors.
Homes sold last month was 139 units, up slightly by two sales from March 2023.
On a year to date basis home sales totaled 363 units over the first three months of the year, an increase of 15.6 per cent from the same time last year.
The benchmark price of a family home was $558,100 a gain of 1.6 per cent with the average price going for $579,971, a drop of only 0.3 per cent from March 2023.
There were 266 new listings last month.
