Saugeen Shores police are now investigating a fire which damaged the Port Elgin Lions Club service tent.
A fire broke out inside the Lion’s Club vendor tent on Sunday at 2am at the intersection of Goderich and Green Streets.
Residents were able to extinguish the blaze before firefighters could arrive on the scene.
No injuries were reported in the blaze with the damage cost unknown at this time.
