OPP have charged a 43 year old with fraud. On August 18th a victim had contacted a contractor to complete work on their property.
The victim had made a deposit for materials and the contractor never returned to complete the work and refused to refund the money.
As a result a 43 year old man of Georgian Bluffs has been charged with Fraud Under $5000.
The accused will appear in court in February.
