A 40 year old man is facing charges after a stop at a ride program.
On July 3rd at around 3:42pm, Grey Bruce OPP was conducting a RIDE program at Sauble Falls Road and 2nd Avenue in the Town of Sauble Beach.
A vehicle entered the checkpoint and while speaking with police, officers noticed signs of impaired.
As a result a 40 year old of South Bruce Peninsula has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Failure to Wear a Seatbelt and Driving Without a License.
The accused will appear in court later this month.
