A 45 year old man is facing charges after hitting a hydro pole.
On August 11th just before 4pm, South Bruce OPP responded to a report of a crash on Sideroad 5 Elderslie.
Police arrived and observed a single vehicle crash involving a hydro pole and the investigating officer while speaking with the driver had determined signs of impairment.
As a result a 45 year old man of Arran-Elderslie was charged with Dangerous Operation and Operation While Impaired.
The accused will appear in Walkerton court next month.
