A man driving on a closed road is facing an impaired driving charge.
On September 20th just after 10am Huron County OPP stopped a driver on London Road in South Huron after they were seen approaching a crash being investigated by officers.
During this time the road was closed for the safety of investigators. Police spoke with the driver and discovered they had been drinking.
The driver was taken in for tests and found to be over the legal limit.
The 32 year old has been charged with Operation Operation who will appear in court in November.
