Grey Bruce OPP have charged two after a drug trafficking investigation.
On July 6th at around 8:20pm, Grey Bruce OPP with OPP West Region Emergency Response and Canine stopped a vehicle on Highway 10 on Collingwood Street in Grey Highlands.
Two inside were arrested with a search finding suspected fentanyl.
The following day search warrants were executed in Meaford and Owen Sound with 1001 grams of suspected fentanyl valued at $250,000, 8.4 grams of suspected meth valued at $850 and $30,000 in offence related property seized.
A 48 year old of Owen Sound and 34 year old of Meaford has been charged with Possession of Fentanyl and Meth for the Purpose of Trafficking. Both were held for bail and remanded into custody.
