Adoptapet Pet Rescue in Lucknow shared word of a generous donation recently by the Wolfpack Riding Club in Wingham towards the Rescue’s veterinary bills.
The group made a donation of $1,000 and Adoptapet says it was a big help.
In the past the group has donated proceeds in the past from various events it holds in support of a numer of local animal rescues and causes.
The group has a motorcycle poker run coming up on June 17th. The starting point is Blyth Ultramar. Kickstands up at 1pm.
The club is also set to hold its 3rd Annual Fundraising Online Auction starting Sunday, May 28th.
It sees items auctioned off on Facebook starting at noon until Friday, June 9th at 7pm.
Pickup of the items will be Wingham following the auction close.
To date the group has raised over $15,000 for the causes.
