Huron County alongside the Avon Maitland District School Board’s Multilingual Language Learning team has announced the completion of a new student created cookbook.
This project involves students from food service classes from FE Madill Central Huron, South Huron District and Goderich District Collegiate Institute.
The cookbook shows off a variety of recipes reflecting the rich cultural diversity of the community.
The project was funded with support from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada as well as the County of Huron Cultural Services.
Copies will be available for purchase at Huron County libraries.
