The Avon Maitland District School Board has made a new multi year accessibility plan and feedback is being sought.
The new five year plan running to 2029 was made in accordance with the Integrated Accessibility Standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
The act ensures the board will identify, remove and prevent barriers to people with disabilities who work, learn and participate in the board for students, staff, volunteers parents and guardians.
Feedback is being accepted on the plan until March 27th.
