The Avon Maitland District School Board has ratified an agreement with the union.
Officials with the school board say the negotiation process with the Elementary Teachers Federation of Ontario was cooperative and respectful.
The school board adds this helps maintain the shared goal of advancing outcomes for all students.
The agreement completes a series of two pronged contract talks with the central portion of the agreement in the provincial arbitration process.
