The South Bruce Grey Health Centre and Kincardine and Community Healthcare Foundation have unveiled architectural drawings of the redeveloped Kincardine hospital.

This drawings showcase the new emergency department, medical imaging and laboratory spaces which will be two and a half times larger than the current footprint.

Part of this work also includes the first MRI for Bruce County which will allow patients to receive advanced imaging in a timely manner close to home.

Nancy Shaw, CEO of the Health Centre says the new renderings show a modern, welcoming, and purpose-built hospital designed to meet the growing and changing needs of the patients we serve.

With a goal to raise $18 million for the campaign launched in 2022, $14 million has been raised thus far for the goal.
