Armed Robbery in Saugeen First Nation

Grey Bruce OPP have charged a 30 year old after an armed robbery in Saugeen First Nation.

On November 26th at around 1:45pm, police responded to a business on Highway 21 where it was reported the suspect entered the business and threatened the cashier with a weapon.

No injuries were reported in the incident with the suspect found shortly after.

The 30 year old of Saugeen First Nation has been charged with Robbery Using a Firearm, Disguise with Intent, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Failure to Comply with a Release Order.

The accused was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
