It was a record setting final day at Clinton raceway Sunday.

A large crowd was on hand for the drivers challenge, Ontario sires stakes, and fundraiser for the Clinton Legion.

Fans bet a record 132,000 dollars on the 13 races, both live and on line, plus 2 year old colt pacer Sports Fan set a new track record finishing his mile in 1:56 and 3.

Arthur Native Trevor Henry won the drivers challenge winning 3 of the 8 races, and said it was nice to see a big crowd cheering once again.

As for his 4th overall drivers title, Henry says all the drivers that took part are talented and its more about the horse and the post position you get that determines the winner.

Natasha Day of Cambridge won the Clinton drivers title including 1 of the races in the drivers challenge finishing the season with 14 race victories, 1 more than Tyler Moore of Guelph.
