An ATV rider not wearing a helmet has also been charged with impaired driving after a stop in Dundalk.
On May 19th at around 9:45pm, Grey Bruce OPP was on patrol when two occupants on an ATV were seen at the intersection of VanDusen Avenue and Elm Street not wearing helmets.
During a traffic stop an odour of alcohol was detected with the driver eventually arrested. A 26 year old of Southgate has been charged with Operation While Impaired, Failure to Wear a Helmet and Driving with an Open Container of Liqour.
A second suspect, a 40 year old was charged with Failure to Wear a Helmet.
